Once your order is received it will be sent to our printers for fulfilment. All orders are subject to a 3 to 5 working day turnaround time before being shipped, plus shipping time based on your country.
Standard shipping times are expected to be as follows:
UK – 1-3 days after dispatch
EU – 3-5 days after dispatch
INTERNATIONAL – 7-10 days after dispatch
Please be aware that all items are printed to order; this lessens our environmental impact as stock is not unnecessarily created, and to help you with sizing we include full details and measurements within size charts for each item, so please do check the size guides before you place your order.

You have 14 days from the date of ordering to contact us with any requests for exchange or refund, and the item(s) must be in unused/unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging. Due to the method of printing stipulated above we will only offer one exchange for incorrect item sizing, so please refer to the size chart for your item.
Items need to be returned to us – where necessary- within 30 days of purchase
If you need to return your item, please contact us here quoting your order number and the nature of your request.
Items to be exchanged will need to be printed again, so please refer to the manufacturing and shipping times above.
If you would like a refund you will need to return your item and we will need to receive it before any refund can be processed.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and we recommend you retain proof of postage.
Faulty & Damaged Items
If your items arrive misprinted, faulty, damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately. We understand how disappointing it is when items don’t arrive as we expect, so our aim is to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
You have 30 days from the date of ordering to contact us with any issues, and the item(s) must be in unused/unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging. We will need you to send us full details and photographs of the item and packaging, so we can organise a replacement or refund.
If your item is faulty, misprinted or damaged we will be more than happy to send out another free of charge, but please note that replacements and refunds will only be authorised after the requested information and photographs have been received and we or the carriers are proven to be at fault.
